Eric Zeller
Ski school leader, managing director
Eric Zeller was born into a ski spirit family. The father himself state- certified ski instructor, infected him early with the skiing. It followed several years in junior squadrons and racing teams up to ski instructor and coach licenses. During his diploma studies in sports science, he devoted himself more and more to freeriding and was able to work his way up to the international top. In 2010, he chose Andermatt as a training area and has since remained in his adopted home. In addition to practicing freeriding in international competitions and film participation, Eric has accumulated a wealth of experience in the tourism project of the Andermatt Swiss Alps. He successfully designed and managed the ski sport area of the renowned luxury hotel The Chedi Andermatt.


Lars Tanninen
Ski school leader, chairman
Born in 1971 in Finland, he has been growing up with nature and skiing since childhood. He spent a large part of his youth in the Finnish national squad for alpine skiing, followed by his law studies in Freiburg. Accompanying his studies he worked for several years as a ski instructor in Ischgl. Since 1990 he discovered Andermatt as his dream destination for freeriding and ski touring. In 2009 he opened Eco Lodge & Hostel Basecamp. This was awarded the Green Leader Award for its energy standards.


Michael Zeller
Technical Manager
Michael Zeller comes into contact with skiing early on. His youth is determined by the fascination for the mountains. After leaving school, he dedicates himself to his great love and places the state-certified ski instructor at the DSLV. He opens his first ski school in 1994 and turns his passion into a career. He has been visiting Andermatt for more than 10 years and has taken the area, slopes and steep slopes into his heart. His many years of experience, his specialist knowledge and additional coaching licenses in the racing industry make him an important cornerstone in the team of the Eco Skischool Andermatt.


Lena Zeller
Head ski instructor
Lena Zeller got her talent for skiing almost in the cradle. She comes from a ski enthusiastic family. At the age of three she is on skis for the first time and drives through the red and blue gates. For a long time she was part of the racing team of the Ski-Club Konstanz. In her youth, she discovers the passion for teaching and devotes herself to ski instruction. Lena is studying sports and German to become a teacher later. The last few years have been marked by many training courses and several further education courses, both methodical and didactic. Since 2019 she is part of the junior teaching team of the Ski Association Black Forest. Despite her young age, she sets new standards for the ski instruction industry and brings herself to the Eco Skischool Andermatt with innovative techniques and expert knowledge.
